摘要
目的：观察阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肺心病合并冠心病心衰的疗效，同时就其改善心肌缺血疗效进行观察。方法：对32例经综合治疗后临床疗效不满意的慢性肺心病合并冠心病心衰患者，加用注射用阿魏酸钠300mg加入5％葡萄糖或生理盐水250mL中静点，每日1次，疗程10～14d。结果：32例患者治疗后显效17例，有效12例，无效3例，总有效率90．6％，其中4例合并心绞痛患者显效3例，有效1例，全部治疗有效。21例有心肌缺血表现者治疗后显效5例，有效10例，无效6例，总有效率71．4％。结论：在综合治疗基础上加用阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肺心病合并冠心病心衰疗效满意，该药对缓解心绞痛症状，改善心肌缺血疗效较好。
Objective.To observe the curative effect of sodium ferulate on heart failure resulting from pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease as well as on improving myocardial ischemia. Methods： Thirty two patients who suffered from above mentioned disease and did not obtain satisfactory results from the comprehensive treatment were given additional injection of 300mg sodium ferulate plus 250mL of 5% glucose or normal saline, once a day for 10 to 14 days. Results： Among thirty two cases, seventeen showed obvious curative effect, twelve showed effective results, three showed inefficacy, and the overall effective rate was 90.6 %. Among four cases combined with angina pectoris, three showed obvious effect, one showed effective results,all of them was effective. Among twenty one cases with myocardial ischemia, five showed obvious curative effect, ten showed effective results, six showed inefficacy, and the overall effective rate was 71.4 %. Conclusion： On the base of comprehensive treatment, sodium ferulate can obtain satisfying results on treatment of chronic heart failure resulting from pulmonary heart disease, and coronary heart disease and it can relax the symptom of angina pectoris and improve the myocardial ischemia.
