金属泡沫镍负载纳米TiO_2光催化降解甲醛和VOCs 被引量:28

Photocatalytic Degradation of Formaldehyde and VOCs in Air on the Porous Nickel Mesh Coated with Nanometer TiO_2

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了3种掺杂金属离子的纳米TiO2光催化剂,并将其负载于泡沫镍板上,以室内空气典型污染物甲醛和VOCs为模型反应物,研究了对甲醛和VOCs气体的光催化作用并讨论了La3+的最佳掺杂比例以及环境因素对光催化效率的影响.结果表明:该TiO2催化剂具有良好的锐钛矿型结构;负载掺La 1.5%TiO2的泡沫镍板90min对甲醛和VOCs的降解率分别为94%和87%,远高于未掺:83%和72%,掺Fe3+:62%和62%,掺Ag+:86%和81%;掺杂不同La3+量的TiO2对甲醛和VOCs的降解率顺序是:1.5%>1%>2%>未掺杂,La3+的最佳掺杂比例为1.5%;降低循环风量和采用254nm或365nm的紫外波长对甲醛及VOCs的降解影响不大. Three different metal ions doped TiO2 photocatalysts, which were prepared by the sol-gel method, were immobilized to porous nickel mesh by coating, The photocatalytic degradation activity of the supported photocatalyst on formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds( VOCs) was investigated. The results show that the nanometer TiO2 has an anatase structure. The photocatalytic degradation rate of formaldehyde and VOCs of 1.5% La^3+ doped TiO2 coated on porous nickel mesh at 90min are:94% and 87%, higher than undoped TiO2: 83% and 72%, Fe^3+ doped TiO2: 62% and 62% , Ag^+ doped TiO2: 86% - 81%. The orders of photocatalytic degradation rate on formaldehyde and VOCs with different content of La^3+ doped TiO2 are as follows: 1. 5 % 〉 1% 〉 2% 〉undoped, 1.5% is the optimum La^3+ doped content. Decreasing circular wind speed and using 254nm or 365nm ultraviolet wavelength will not influence the photocatalytic degradation rate of formaldehyde and VOCs.
