摘要 我国传统药物警戒思想是伴随着人们对药物毒性的认识而产生和发展的,其理论框架初成于汉末魏晋时期,至金元时期内容趋于成熟,明清时期得到进一步充实与发展。这些思想是祖国传统医药学的宝贵财富,对指导临床安全用药具有重要意义。 Chinese traditional pharmacovigilance theory generated when people had primitive recognition of herb toxicity. The framework of the theory emerged in the period of Han and Jin Dynasty, and its content was perfect until Yuan Dynasty, furthermore, the theory developed and enriched in Ming and Qing Dynasty. Conculsively, Chinese traditional pharmacovigilance theory is precious fortune of traditional Chinese medicine and is significant of drug safety.
