摘要
阐述县级图书馆信息资源开发利用的非盈利性和营销性特点,总结其开发利用信息资源的几种形式,提出加强报刊资源、地方文献资源数据库建设、完善服务设施和建立教育辅导中心等策略和措施。
This article has explained the non - profit and non - business characteristics of the exploitation of information resources in county- level public libraries, concluded some ways of exploitation and put forward some measures to strengthen the building of newspaper and local literature resources database, perfect service facilities and build counseling centers.
