摘要
目的探讨肝部分切除术后并发症的预防和治疗。方法对253例肝部分切除术后患者的并发症进行分析总结。结果253例中发生并发症21例,发生率为8.29%,因并发症死亡的总病死率为0.78%。结论严格掌握肝部分切除术的适应症,充分的术前准备,熟练的手术技巧,术后积极处理及密切观察病情,可有效地预防和降低肝部分切除术后并发症的发生率和病死率。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of complications after hepatectomy. Methods 253 patients underwent hepatectomy from January 1998 to July 2005 were studied. Results The total complication rate was 8.29% and the total mortality was 0.78 %. Conclusions The complications can be prevented effectively and the mortality can be decreased markedly after bepatectomy by strict control of the indications, sufficient preoperative preparation, better surgical skills and close observation of postoperative state and comprerensive postoperative treatment.
