摘要
结合新近文献资料、学术会议交流信息和笔者个人多年的临床实践和认识,较全面的介绍了甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、桥本甲状腺炎和甲状腺结节的临床及实验室诊断方法、步骤和注意点,并对这4种疾病的处理和治疗原则做了较明确的阐述和探讨,希望能对临床医师准确进行这些疾病的诊治工作提供一些帮助和参考。
A comprehensive recommendation of the clinical, laboratory diagnostic methods, procedures and principle for treatment are introduced after reviewed newly publicated references, information from academic conferences and the author＇s clinical experience of the hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto＇s thyroditis and thyroid nodules. This paper may be beneficial for clinicians to deal with these four common thyroid diseases.
