摘要
目的研究铁扫帚的化学成分。方法用醇提取、水提取醇沉淀方法进行提取,再用薄层层析法进行分离提取物。结果从提取物中分离出多糖和黄酮类物质。多糖中分离出2种化合物,从黄酮中分离出4种化合物。结论来自黄酮类的4种化合物其Rf值分别为0.16,0.25,0.78,0.86;来自多糖类的2种化合物其Rf值分别为0.55和0.65。
Aim To study the main chemical constituents of Lespedeza cuneata （Dum-Cours） G. Don. Methods The main chemical constituents of Lespedeza cuneata was extracted with ethanol or water,the extractants were isolated by TLC. Results Four compounds of flavnoids and two com- pounds of polysaccharides were obtained. Conclusion The R： of 4 flavonoids are 0. 16, 0.25, 0.78 and 0.86 respectively. The R/of 2 polysaccharides are 0.55 and 0.65 respectively.
