摘要
在给老龄小鼠灌服复方天棘胶囊溶液后，测定小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ），和丙二醛（ＭＤＡ），结果显示该制剂高、中、低剂量均能降低小鼠ＭＤＡ含量（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时升高ＳＯＤ和ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ含量，与对照组比较除低剂至组升高不明显外，高中剂量组均有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示本药品能明显提高机体抗氧化能力，减轻氧自由基对机体的损害，具有延缓机体衰老的作用。
he content of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathion peroxide(GSH- Px)and malondialde-hyde(MDA)was measured by gastric intubation given 2.0,1.0,0.5g/kg weight compound TIANJIcapsule liquid,simultaneously,as compared that with control group intubating equivalent distilled wa- ter and Jin seng group intubating 5.0g/kg weight Jin seng boild liquid.The results showed that thecontent of MDA decreased significantly in three group with compound TIANJI capsules , and the activ-ity of SOD ,GSH- Px increased markedly to. indicai this drug has the effect of increasing antioxidaseand reducing injure of free radicals.
