摘要
高校体制改革中地方电大分校并入地方高校的实践表明,让电大教育在地方合并高校建设和发展中有“位”,理顺电大教育内部与外部管理关系,保持电大教育的办学方向和特点,切实增强电大教育的教学力量和资源,电大教育就会在地方合并高校的建设和发展中有“为”,就会在在建设当地全民学习、终身学习型社会中发挥重要作用。
In some regions, RTVU branch has been integrated into the local university by the reform of educational system. The actual practice shows that the local RTVU education will have its own position in the integrated university on condition that it can straighten out its intemal and extemal management relationship, keep its features, improve its teaching quality and strengthen its teaching force and resources. Thus RTVU can play its important part in the all- people leaming and life- long learning society
