深静脉穿刺置管后严重并发症的原因 被引量：18

摘要 深静脉穿刺置管已广泛应用于外科急危重症的抢救、中心静脉压监测、麻醉、血液透析、外科手术后静脉高营养及静脉穿刺输液有困难等。它以安全、简便、痛苦少、置管时间长、用途广泛等优点，基本替代了传统的静脉切开置管术。但深静脉穿刺置管不当会导致严重的并发症，韩文斌一报道中心静脉置管损伤的并发症占5％～19％。本研究回顾分析560例深静脉穿刺置管患者的资料，发现33例患者深静脉穿刺置管后发生并发症．其中严重的并发症3例，现将误伤原因分析报道如下。
