摘要肿瘤坏死因子样凋亡微弱诱导剂(TWEAK)作为肿瘤坏死因子超家族的新成员可表达在多种细胞表面,也表达在多种肿瘤细胞和组织中,可诱导人肠腺癌细胞系HT29、人口腔鳞状细胞癌HSC3等肿瘤细胞凋亡,介导HepG2、HLE和SK-Hep-1等肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导巨噬细胞在肿瘤浸润区的杀伤活性,潜在介导肿瘤血管。 Tumor necrosis factor - like weak inducer of apoptosis （TWEAK） is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor （TNF） superfaruily, which was expressed on the surface of many types of cells and widely concerned for the various biological activities. Till now, it has been proved that TWEAK is expressed in many kinds of tumor cell lines and tissues, meanwhile, plays an important role in inducing tumor cell apoptosis and proliferation, in mediating anti-tumor effect of tumor-infiltrating macrophage, in potentially inducing tumor angiogenesis and pro-inflammation. The effect of TWEAK on tumor cells still needs to be explored.
