摘要
目的研究导致中学生吸烟的主要危险因素。方法选择本市四类不同性质的中学，抽取８６９名中学生，采用定式问卷进行调查。将调查结果分为吸烟组和非吸烟组，进行单因素分析和多因素层次分析。结果中学生吸烟率为２５．０９％，男３７．４８％，女７．７３％（Ｐ＜０．０００１）。不同类型学校学生吸烟率有明显差异。中学生吸烟行为的主要危险因素是伴有品行障碍、学习成绩差，有不良的伙伴关系，家庭成员中有吸烟史，父母亲对孩子管教方式不良及父母亲文化程度较低，从事体力劳动。结论干预和预防中学生吸烟行为必须从上述因素着手，制订综合干预措施。
bjective To study main risk factors which may lead to the smoking behavior of the middle school students.Methods A survey of the smoking behavior was conducted in 869 middle school students who come from the four middle schools of different types with structure interview schedules.869 students were divided into two groups,the smoking group and the nonsmoking group,and carried on monofactor analysis and analytic hierarchy method.Results The rate of smoking in the middle school students was 25.09% and 37.48% for males and 7.73% for females(P<0.0001).There were significant differences among the rates of smoking in the different types school. The main risk factors on smoking behavior of the middle school students are associated with conduct disorder,poor school perfomance,poor peer relationship,smoking history in family members,the education manners of parents were no proper and the low educational level of parents.Conlusions strategies for intervention and prevention are recommeded.
