摘要
技术变化引起产业结构的调整,实现经济形态的升级与改造,推动了循环经济发展。然而,通过研究发现目前我国企业循环经济中存在技术和产业转换等方面障碍。为此,本文提出了培育循环技术创新能力;通过政策性扶持,降低转换成本等具体措施。
During the course of human being economy development, Theorists put forward different theories about resources and environmental control such as'Spacecraft Economy' 'Zero Increase' 'Technology Determinism' and so on. Moreover, In 20 century 80 years, Theorists put forward 'Sustainable Development' theory , at same time point out ' Un - sustainable Development pattern is the source of Resources and Environmental problems. Therefore, Realizing of Sustainable Development must transfer Old Economy Increasing Pattern to New Economy Increasing Pattern. Recycle economy is practical Economy pattern of propelling Sustainable development strategy ,can realize Economy,Resource,Environment,'Three Profits'.
