摘要
分析了当代大学生的特点,并从高校辅导员工作出发,从大学生思想政治教育的创新、大学生科学的学习习惯及创新能力的培养、学生生活上健康良好人格的培养三个方面论述了高校辅导员工作的创新性。
In order to implement the job of the political education of college students, according to the present situation, this article analyses the characteristics of modern students deeply, and goes from the angle of the innovation of the instructors＇ s work： political ideological and education on the college students, the scientific learning habit and the ability of innovation, the mutual help and mutual communications between students.
