摘要
腹腔镜技术具有创伤小、全身反应轻、术后恢复快等优势,在临床上得到越来越广泛的应用,腹腔镜肝脏切除也已成为可能。本文从可行性、切肝器械、手术技术等方面阐述了腹腔镜肝切除术的现状和进展,同时讨论了该技术潜在的技术缺点(气栓及术中出血)及预防措施。
Laparoscopy is widely used because the procedure has the advantages of minimal invasion, short hospital stay, and less post-operative complications compared with conventional open surgery. Laparoscopic hepatectomy can be a new alternative when the techniques are available. The article reviews and summarizes the advance of laparoscopie liver resection on the feasibility,the apparatus for hepatectomy, the technique of operation. Meanwhile, the potential technical shortcomings, including hemorrhage and gas embolism, are concerned, and the prevention agaist these shortcomings are also discussed.
