端羟基超支化聚酯的制备及表征 被引量:9

摘要 以新戊二醇和二羟基丙酸作为合成单体,二甲苯作为溶剂,对甲基苯磺酸作为催化剂,采用一步法合成了具有不同代数的端羟基超支化聚酯。同时,利用傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振碳谱和氢谱对其结构进行了表征,并利用GPC和DSC对其相对分子质量分布和玻璃化温度进行了分析。GPC的结果表明:随着代数的增加,超支化聚酯的分散指数增加,相对分子质量分布加宽,聚酯的实测相对分子质量与理论相对分子质量的差越来越大。 The title OH - terminated hyperbranched polyester was synthesized based on NPG and DMPA type monomer by one - pot process, which is charaterized by use of FTIR, ^13CNMR and ^1HNMR. Its molecular weight distribution and glass transition temperature were determined by use of GPC and DSC. The result showed that the hyperbranched polyester had narrow molecular weight distribution, its molecular weight distribution become wider and polydispersity rised when the generations increased.
