挫折心理是人们在日常生活中,因遇到困难和障碍而暂时无法克服时所产生的一种消极情绪体验,而消极情绪对人的生活、工作和学习无疑是有害的。因此,及时地排除消极心理的干扰,培养健康的心理,对一个人的成长是十分有益的。
Frustration psychology is a sort of negative feeling hard to overcome when people meet with difficulties and obstacles in their daily life. Therefore it is harmful to people's life, work and study. It is very beneficial to a man's growth to eliminate the disturbance of this negative feeling and develop a healthy kind of psychology.
