摘要
采用以NaOH为基础的溶液,添加一定量的缓蚀剂和添加剂,研究一种无铬、无磷的环保型镁舍金阳极氧化工艺。研究了阳极氧化温度、氧化处理时间、NaOH及添加剂对氧化膜外观质量的影响,氧化处理温度50—70℃,处理时间20—30min,可以生成良好的氧化膜。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)的方法测定氧化膜的组织结构,氧化膜的耐蚀性能通过点滴试验及3.5%NaCl溶液中的稳定电位来评定。研究结果表明,阳极氧化膜主要由Mg(OH)2和Al(OH)3组成。经过阳极氧化后的镁合金材料的耐蚀性能有了很大的提高。
An environment-friendly anodizing process without chromate and phosphate for magnesium alloys is developed by adding a certain amount of corrosion inhibitor and additive. The effects of anodizing temperature and time, NaOH and additive on the film are also discussed, which indicates that the film prepared at 50 - 70℃ ,20 - 30 min has good performance.The structure of the film is studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD). And corrosion resistance of the film is determined by drop test and corrosion potential in 3.5 % NaCl solution. The results show that the oxidation film is mainly composed of Mg(OH)2 and Al(OH)3 and corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy improved greatly after being anodized.
