摘要
简要分析了目前我国电力机车运行中发生绝缘事故的主要原因及采取的防护措施。列举了牵引供电系统的过电压类型,提出用于交流25kV供电系统的电力机车或电动车组高压侧设备绝缘水平的选取原则。
The causes ot insulation failure on electrical locomotive and the protective methods in our country are analyzed.Overvoltage types in traction power supply system are enumerated, and the principles in determining the insulation levels of the high voltage equipments on electrical locomotive and/ or EMU's used in 2.SkV power supply systems are put forward.
