摘要
辣椒碱(Capsaicin)是一种极度辛辣的香草酰氨类生物碱,是从辣椒中提炼出来的一种高附加值产品;介绍并比较了近年来国内外提取辣椒碱的不同方法,以及辣椒碱在食品、医药、生化农药和国防等领域内的用途,并提出进一步应用研究辣椒碱的方向。
Capsaicin is an extremely hot bio-alkaline abstracted from peppery. In this paper, The process of capsaicin' abstraction at home and abroad and utilization in various fields such as food, medicine, pesticide and national defense in recent years are introduced and discussed. The research in the later is also expected.
