摘要
由对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)和1,4-环己二甲醇(CHDM)三种单体共聚而成的新型共聚酯的热性能与结晶性能受结构影响会发生较大变化。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)和气相色谱-质谱联用对它的性能和结构进行了分析,得到了CHDM与EG投料比分别与热性能、结晶性能以及共聚物中CHDM与EG实际比之间的规律。
Modified Co - PET is synthesized from purified terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG) and 1,4 - cyclohexanedimethanol( CHDM). Its thermal and crystalline properties can be affected mainly by its structure. The properties and structure were investigated by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry System(GC - MS). Each rule between the feed ratio of EG/CHDM, thermal properties, crystalline proterties and the actual ratio of ET/CT in the Co - PET was found.
