摘要
以磷钨酸为催化剂,采用正交试验法得到了合成马来酸双丁酯的最佳条件,酯收率达96.91%,并在该条件下合成了一系列马来酸双酯。结果表明,该催化剂活性高,其用量仅为马来酸酐投料的1.2%左右,而且选择性高,副反应少,工艺简单,对设备腐蚀小。
The conditions of the synthesis of maleates using tungstophosphoric acid as the catalyst was studied.The experiment of esterification shows that tungstophosphoric acid can give a good activity, selectivity and high productivity.It has such advantages as simple process,less by-product and less erosion to epuipment.
