摘要
首次报道了中国人庚型肝炎病毒(HGV)全基因cDNA的克隆及序列测定。中国庚型肝炎病毒(HGVC964)基因全长为9128个核苷酸,编码一个长度为2870个氨基酸残基的多聚前体蛋白。5端有一个367bp的非翻译区,3端长度为147个核苷酸。基因组中G+C占59.93%。该株病毒(HGVC964)与国外报道的3株HGV序列比较,核苷酸同源性为84.0%~89.9%,氨基酸同源性均大于91%。
The full hepatitis G virus (HGV) genome from Chinese was cloned and sequenced from the serum of a blood donor in Hebei Province of China. The sequence of 9 128 bp indicated that it contains a continuous open reading frame (ORF) that could encode a viral polyprotein of 2 870 amino acids. The 5 and 3 untranslated regions are 367 bp and 147 bp, respectively. Compared with published HGV sequences, Chinese HGV shows 84-89% identity at the nucleotide, and 91-94% at the amino acid levels.
