摘要
列举了国内常用钢轨钢材冲击韧性和断裂韧性的试验研究成果,探讨了钢轨钢材冲击韧性和断裂韧性指标随温度的变化规律,指出了这两项指标在钢轨钢材抗断裂设计中的意义。最后,本文根据已有研究成果讨论了U71Mn钢轨钢材冲击韧性指标和断裂韧性指标之间的关系。
In this paper, the experimental results of the two indexes on Chinese rail steel are given. It is pointed out that how the impact toughness and fracture toughness change with the temperature and how the two indexes are used to prvent the fracture of rail steel.At last, the correlation between the impact toughness and fracture toughness is emphatically discussed and the relative study is introduced.
