停工时用化学药剂在减压塔内洗净腐蚀产物硅化铁,可避免检修时因硫化铁自燃面烧毁塔内填料及设备。介绍了清洗剂的组成,清洗的流程、方法及效果。
Using chemical agents to clean down the corrosion product FeSx in vacuum tower during downtime can prevent the tower packings and equipment from buring down caused by spontaneous combustion of FeSx when repairing. The composition of chemical cleaning agent, washing scheme, washing method as well as its effect were introduced.
