党参与天麻对氟哌啶醇致老化大鼠抗氧化酶表达作用的比较研究 被引量:4

The Comparison Between Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae and Gastrodia elata Blume on the Expression of Anti-oxidase of Aging Rat Induced by Haloperidol

摘要 目的观察和探讨党参、天麻对氟哌啶醇诱导老化大鼠抗氧化酶表达作用的影响。方法雄性W ister大鼠40只,随机分为对照组、模型组、实验1组、实验2组。除对照组外,模型组、实验组均用氟哌啶醇建立痴呆症(A lzhe im er D isease,AD)动物模型,实验组还分别腹腔注射党参注射液、天麻注射液。测定各组大鼠血、肝、肾、海马、脑皮质中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量。结果与对照组、模型组比较,党参注射液和天麻注射液均能使实验大鼠多种组织SOD、GSH-PX显著升高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论党参和天麻都能增强抗氧化酶表达作用,但在升高SOD和GSH-PX的表达值上,二者则无明显差别。 Objective To study the effect of Radix codonopsis pilosulae and Gastrodia elata Blume on the expression of anti-oxidase of aging rat induced by haloperidol. Methods 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control, model, test group l and 2. Rat model of Alzheimer Disease induced by haloperidol were employed. Except control group,the rats of test group 1 and 2 were injected with Radix codonopsis pilosulae injection and Gastrodia elata Blume injection respectively and meanwhile concentrations of SOD and GSH-PX in serum,liver,kidney,hipocampus and cortex of the animal were detected. Results In contrast with control and groups, concentrations of SOD and GSH-PX obviously increased, the differences were statlsticallv significant ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Radix codonopsis pilosulae and Gastrodia elata Blume can be in up-regulating expression of anti-oxidase. But the two herbs have similar activities of anti-oxidation.
