摘要
无机陶瓷超滤膜技术已用于处理攀钢冷轧厂乳化液废水,具有处理出水水质稳定,废油含水率低回收价值高,对环境不产生二次污染,与化学破乳法和有机膜处理法比较具有工程投资少、运行费用低、出水水质稳定等优点。
The inorganic ceramic ultra-fihering film technology has been used for disposal of emulsion waste water from the Cold Rolling Plant of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. The technology is characterized by stable quality of water treated, low water content in waste oil with high recovery value, and no secondary pollution to the environment. It has advantages over the chemical emulsion breaking method and the organic film disposal method in less engineering investment, low running cost and stable oualitv of water treated.
