摘要
高校学生管理的复杂性决定了管理模式的多样性,不同的管理模式产生的效果各不相同。传统管理模式忽视学生的主体地位、个体需要和发展需要,实施以人为本的管理模式有利于促进学生的全面发展,调动学生的积极性、主动性和创造性。本文在对传统管理模式和以人为本的管理模式分析基础之上,初步地探讨了以人为本的高校学生管理模式的构建。
The complexity of student management in institutions of higher learning leads to the diversity of managing models with their different results. The traditional model neglects students' subject status, individual needs and development needs,but the humane model is benificial for the promotion of students' all - round development, activeness and creativity. On the basis of the analysis of the two models, the present paper explores into the construction of the latter.
