摘要
电容层析成像技术(ECT)是近年来发展较快、较成熟的一种过程层析成像技术,电容层析成像系统敏感场分布受介质介电常数分布的影响,即敏感场具有“软场”特性,通常以已知介质介电常数的灵敏度分布作为先验知识图像重建。根据对不同介电常数被测对象的检测灵敏度分析,采用一次仿真校验法对管内测量对象分别充满高、低介电常数介质进行仿真校验,并结合滤波反投影算法实现对未知介电常数的测量对象的图像重建。
Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) is one of process tomography (PT) technique which developed rapidly and matured in recent years. Its sensitivity distribution function depend on the permittivity distribution, namely ' soft field' characteristic of ECT sensor. The image-reconstruction algorithm is done by the sensitivity distribution of the known permittivity. According to analyze of the detection sensitivity of object measured with variable permittivity,one step simulation calculation method is used to calculate the permittivity of medium,when pipe is filled with high permittivity and low permittivity object respectively,filter linear backgroud projection(FLBP) is used to reconstruct the unknown permittivity object.
