摘要
用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术和荧光偏振技术,对烧伤焦痂脂类提取物(D1)直接作用于大鼠肝线粒体前后的膜脂流动性作了测定。结果:D1引起马来酰亚胺(MAL-Ⅰ)标记的线粒体膜蛋白的S/W值下降;D1使5-Doxyl标记的线粒体膜脂S值降低;并使肝线粒体的荧光强度(F)升高,荧光偏振度(P)与各向异性(r)下降。
The effects of D 1, a toxic substance isolated from burn eschar, on mitochondrial membrane fluidity were studied using the techniques of ESR spin label and fluorescence polarography in the rats. It was found that D 1 caused decrease of S/W ratio in 5 Doxyl labeling experiment. It also caused the lowering of degree of polarization fluorescence P on anisotrophy r. Both of these findings suggest increase of mitodrondrial membrane fluidity.
