摘要
新区域主义已经成为东亚地区一种重要的理论与社会建构。新区域主义的开放性等特点适应东亚地区的安全现状,同时东亚的安全形势也为新区域主义的发展提供了动力。在新区域主义理念的指导下,有助于将带有冲突性质的国家间关系的“安全复合体”转变为具有合作性质的“安全共同体”。文章试图从新区域主义的视角探讨建构东亚“安全共同体”的可行性。
New area theory has become an important theory and social structure in the East Asia district. The characteristics of opening etc. of the new area theory suits for the security condition in the district. And the security situation in East Asia provides impetus for the development of the theory. Guided by ideas of the new area theory, the conflicting ＂security compounding＂ of inter-country relationship will be helped to change into cooperating ＂security community＂ The paper attempts to explore the feasibility of constructing East Asia ＂security community＂ from the view of the new area theory.
