摘要
从高科技企业生命周期的角度,建立风险投资的分析模型。结合层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,提出可行的分析方法。结合其他思想,对高科技企业产品的市场占有率、盈利水平等也做出了说明和预测,以助于风险投资决策。
On the basis of the macro analysis of life cycle of the high-tech enterprises, established a model for venture capital analysis. Combine the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy overall evaluation, put forward viable analysis method. In the meantime, study the other views about these, elucidated and predicted the market share,the earning level, etc of the high-tech companies＇ products, in aid of carry on the venture investment decision.
