摘要
目的:研制复方银杏凝胶,并观察其用于治疗和预防皮肤疾病痤疮的疗效。方法:制备复方银杏凝胶,以净螨痤疮膏为对照观察其临床疗效。结果:该制剂性质稳定,对皮肤无刺激性,复方银杏凝胶治疗组100例总有效率95％,净螨痤疮膏对照组40例总有效率77．5％,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0．01)。结论:本制剂工艺简单,质量稳定,疗效确切,无明显不良反应。
Objective： To prepare a kind of compound ginkgo gelatin to cure and prevent the skin disease of ache. Method ： The production procedure as well as the quality standard were confirmed, the stability and clinical effect of compound ginkgo gelatin were investigated. Result： The product of compound ginkgo gelatin is of high stability and no stimulation to the skin. According to the clini- ca] application, the tatol effective rate of compound ginkgo gelatin therapy team was 95% （95/100） which was far better than that of Jingman ache ointement comparison team ,77.5 % （31/40）. Conclusion： The compound ginkgo gelatin has a simple production procedure, a stable quality and a credible curative effect. It has no adverse effect at all.
