摘要
高校是我国培养21世纪高素质人才和社会主义建设者和接班人的主阵地,管理工作既是高校日常行政事务的一部分,又担负着培养大学生思想道德素质的任务。随着高校办学规模的不断扩大,管理工作压力越来越大,高校在管理育人的工作中也出现了不同程度的问题。应通过更新管理观念,提高职业道德素质,深化管理体制改革和完善奖惩机制,推动高校的管理育人工作。
University is the position to eaucate the erectors management to educate students＇ ideological diathesis as one part of the routine. There are more and more pressures to the management as the school is becoming larger, at the same time, some problems appeared in different degree. For improve university＇s management for student＇s education,we must renew our idea,raise the quality of poofession moral, deeper the reform in management system and perfect the mechanism of rewards and punishments.
