摘要
简要地介绍了遗传算法的基本原理、理论基础及其在化学领域中的若干应用.指出遗传算法是基于自然选择和基因遗传学原理的随机的搜索算法,它无需体系的先验知识,能在许多局部较优中找到全局最优点;它以其解决非线性问题的鲁棒性、全局收敛性具有独特的吸引力,正引起越来越多的研究及应用.
Genetic algorithm is a kind of stochastic searching algorithm based on natural selection and the principle of genetics, which can discover the furthest global strongpoint from the many better locals without the systematic apriori knowledge. Nowadays, with the unique appeal of robustness and global convergence properties of solving nonlinear problems, it has been attracting more and more people's attention to study and bringing the upsurge of application. Here the author briefly introduced the rationale and theoretic foundation of genetic algorithm, as well as its application in the chemistry field.
