摘要
应用超声波技术,以柚皮为原料提取黄酮类化合物,探讨超声波的提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比、pH值等因素对其总黄酮得率的影响。通过正交试验,结果表明:乙醇浓度为90%,料液比为1∶20,在pH为8的条件下提取100min的工艺条件较好。
Studies were made on extracting flavonoid by ultrasonic technology from pomelo peel. The effects of different solvent concentration, extracting time, proportion of material and solution on yield, pH value were discussed. The result showed that in orthogonal experiment, when pH is 8, volume percent of alcohol is 90%, and the ratio of material to extractant is lg : 20mL, it is optimal to extract lOOmin through ultrasonic treatment.
