摘要
目的对海南含羞草化学成分进行研究。方法采用DiaionHP-20,ToyopearlHW-40,SephadexLH-20,RP18、硅胶等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,用ESI-MS,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,1H-1HCOSY,HSQC,HMBC技术及理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了5个化合物:5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅰ),5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅱ),丁二酸(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ),豆甾醇(Ⅴ)。结论这些化合物均系首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of Mimosa pudica in Hainan province. METHODS The compounds were separated by Diaion HP - 20, Sephadex LH - 20, Toyopearl HW - 40, RP - 18, and silica gel column chromatography, et al. The structures were elucidated by means of ESI-MS, IR, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, ^1H-^1 H COSY, HSQC and HMBC spectral method respectively. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified from the plants. They were established as 5,7,3′ ,4′-tetrahydroxyl-6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone (Ⅰ), 5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyl-8-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone( Ⅱ ), succinic acid(Ⅲ), β-sitosterol(Ⅳ)and stignmsterol( Ⅴ ). CONCLU- SION These compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
