摘要
根据水汽和ＣＯ_２的辐射传输理论和它们的纬带分布观测值，建立了一个大气有效发射率与大气中的水汽含量Ｗａ和ＣＯ_２含量ｃ的半经验公式。该公式对于把水汽和ＣＯ_２对气候的温室作用纳入气候模式或地球表层动力学模式十分有用。
Based on the theories of radiative transfer of water vapor and carbon dioxide and their observed values, a semiempirical relation of effective atmospheric emissivity with the water vapor content Wa and carbon dioxide content c in the atmosphere is established, and which is very useful for incorporating the greenhouse effects of water vapor and carbon dioxide into the related climatic models or earth surface dynamic model.
