摘要
300 MN模锻水压机是我国国防和基础建设的关键设备,其中的主工作缸是水压机的重要部件之一。本文根据应力-强度干涉模型估算了主工作缸缸体的可靠度,计算表明,在工作能力提升到400 MN后缸体仍然是可靠的,本文为主工作缸的设计提供了参考依据。
The primary working cylinder is one of the critical components of the 300 MN hydraulic die press which is an essential equipment for the national defense and the infrastructure construction. This paper, according to the stress-strength interference model, estimate the reliability of the primary working cylinder body. The computation indicated that after promoting the working ability to 400 MN the cylinder body is still reliable.
