摘要
对某热轧带钢厂粗轧机组R2轧机主传动轴进行三维建模及有限元分析,研究了主传动轴危险截面在不同平衡力下的应力状态。分析了主传动轴断裂原因,揭示出平衡力大小对万向接轴危险截面应力状态的影响,对大型轧机万向接轴平衡系数的选取有指导意义。
This paper constructs a 3-D model and makes a FEM for a R2 rolling mill universal shaft. Investigation is carried out to determine the stress state of weak sections under different equilibrant, to find the rupture causes of the shaft and to illustrate the effect of equilibrant on universal shaft stress.
