摘要
为了解中医药有关高血压病左心室肥厚的病因病机、辨证分型、基础和临床研究取得的进展,对近十年来的有关文献进行了综合分析。结果发现:目前对该病的病理机制多从阳亢、瘀血、痰浊及水饮论述,辨证分型标准未能统一,单、复方临床和实验研究报道较多,说明中医中药通过多靶点防治高血压左心室肥厚有广阔的应用前景,并有待进一步深入研究。
To understand the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,clinical research of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy from the viewpoint of Chinese medicine,this paper reviews and analyzes relevant literature and finds that hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy results from yang hyperactivity,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and fluids,and its differentiation and treatment are quite different.
