摘要
分析了儿科病房护理纠纷的原因及防范措施,提示儿科护理人员应转变观念,严格遵守规章制度及操作规程,加强法律知识学习,提高自我保护意识。
It analyzed the causes of nursing disputes in pediatric ward and its precaution. And it suggested that pediatric nursing staffs should change their viewpoints, abide by rules and regulations and operating manual strictly. And they should learn more law knowledge and enhance their self-protection consciousness as well.
