摘要
西部大开发初期,西部经济发展的动力主要来自政府的投入和政策倾斜,而现阶段西部经济发展还能沿袭这一模式吗?本文通过对西部大开发阶段性特征的分析,并对西部地区金融生态环境所存在的问题进行剖析,认为加强西部地区金融生态的建设,促进西部市场机制的建立和完善,是现阶段推进西部经济发展的重心,也是西部经济持续发展的动力源泉。
At the beginning of western expansion, the power of western economic development mainly depended on government investment and advantageous policies. At present stage, does the western economic development still follow this mode？ From analysis the characteristic of the western development stage and the problems about financial environment in western areas, the author believes that strengthening construction of financial environment in western areas and promoting establishment of market mechanism are very important to advance the western economic development, which is also the motivate of western economic persistent development.
