摘要
目的:采用HPLC测定硝酸咪康唑栓及其原料的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_8柱(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为0.02mol·L^(-1)磷酸氢二钠溶液-甲醇(15:85);检测波长为230nm,外标法计算含量。结果:硝酸咪康唑在0.0102~0.4074mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.99982),平均加样回收率为99.68%(n=9),RSD= 1.20%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确。可作为该制剂含量测定的方法。
Objective: To establish a determination HPLC method for miconazole nitrate in miconazole nitrate suppositories and raw material. Method: HPLC was applied with ZORBAX Eclipse XDB - C8 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) ,and the mobile phase of 0.02 mol·L^-1 disodium hydrogenphosphate dodecahydrate solution- methanol( 15: 85) ,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Its contents were determined with external standard method. Results :The linear response range of econazole nitrate was 0. 0102 -0. 4074 mg·mL^- 1 (r = 0. 99982). The mean recoverise was 99.68% (n = 9), RSD = 1.20%. Conclusion: This method is accurate with good reproducibility, can be used for quality control standard of miconazole nitrate suppositories.
