Clinpharmacist, a new term, seems to make people anticipate a happy future of clinical medication, while at the same time the regulations of Clinpharmacist’s practice are still trudged. Though most hospitals alleged they attached importance to rational medication, it has little demand of clinpharmacists. At present, as the main resource of most hospitals’ income, the more drug income, the more economic benefits hospitals get. Actually, clinpharmacist should play a role of guard against unrational medication who need to comply with the principles of safety, effectiveness and economy, contrary to the goal of pursuing the economic benefit maximization,which may be the fundamental reasons of small quanti- ties of clinpharmacists.
