大肠癌基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达及其与HuR蛋白表达的关系 被引量：2

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）是一类涉及肿瘤侵袭的蛋白水解酶。有研究表明，MMP-9水平的增高与大肠癌的侵袭、转移、化疗敏感性有关。MMP-9在结肠癌的进展过程中起重要作用。但MMP-9表达增高的原因目前尚不清楚。本研究拟通过RT—PCR方法研究MMP-9在大肠癌中的表达情况及与RNA结合蛋白HuR的关系。
