摘要
讨论了利用转角修形法对多齿摆线泵的圆弧齿轮和摆线齿轮进行齿形修正方法,导出了计算齿侧间隙和最小侧隙的公式.
This paper presents ways to modification profile in cycloidal pump with multi-tooth number difference, which is performed by rotating the machined gear a micro-angle and machining it again without change other parameter. The formulation to calculating the side clearance and its minimum amount are derived.
