摘要
目的:建立头孢呋辛钠的含量测定方法。方法:采用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)定量分析技术测定头孢呋辛钠的含量。结果:头孢呋辛钠吸收度的峰高比与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为10～200μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9992,平均回收率为101.7%,RSD 为3.2%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果满意。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of cefuroxime sodium. Method：Attenuated Total Reflectance - Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy （ ATR - FTIR） was used to determination of content of cefuroxime sodium. Results：There was a good linear relationship between the peak height ratio of absorbance and cefuroxime sodium concentration in the range of 10 -200 μg · mL^-1 ,r =0. 9992,the average recovery was 101.7% , and RSD was 3.2%. Conclsions：This method is simple, fast and the results are satisfactory.
