摘要
进入信息时代以后,传统图书馆的生存和发展面临新的挑战和机遇,人力资源开发与管理的重要性不断凸现。文章分析了图书馆人力资源开发与管理的内容,图书馆人力资源开发的重要性及现实意义。文章认为,要解决图书馆目前面临的困境,应当强化图书馆人力资源开发与管理。文章最后提出了提升图书馆人力资源开发与管理效能的措施选择。
Traditional library faces great threats and challenges when we enter into the information society, development and management of human resource become more critical. This article analyses the content of library human resource development and management, and the importance and realistic meaning of library human resource development. The author realizes that it＇s important to promote library human resource development and management efficiency, and the article also puts forward measures and choices for human resource development and management efficiency.
