摘要
将12只家兔的肠系膜上静脉(SMV)随机分为两组:Ⅰ(正常组37±0.5℃)和Ⅱ(低温组20±0.5℃)。通过充压试验结果表明:兔SMV环箍应力-应变关系为指数函数关系,温度对兔SMV材料常数有明显影响,材料常数x1组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),材料常数x2组间比较差异无显著性。认为x1是温度敏感因子。
12 superior mesenteric veins (SMV) of rabbits were divided into two groups for experiment of inflation pressure: Ⅰ (the normal temperature group, 37 ± 0. 5℃ )and Ⅱ (the group on low temperature , 20 ±0. 5℃ ). The results showed that the relationship of circumferential stress-strain of SMV could be expressed withexponential equations. Constant X1 was effected by temperature. The difference between the two groups in material constant X1 was statistically significant (P<0. 05), but these was no significant difference (P>0. 05) betweenthe two groups in material constant X,. Therefore it is believed that X, is the factor concerning temperature sensitlvity.
